Founder & CEO

Su Cheng Harris-Simpson is the Founder and CEO of  SCHSAsia. She has been working in Beijing in the fields of events and project management, fundraising and marketing for over thirteen years.  She has led a wide projects for her clients including the annual Committee of 100 Leadership Scholarship Program, Meeting Professionals International Train the Trainer program and WEConnect International’s entry and expansion into China.  In addition to these projects, she has been co-organizer of the American Chamber of Commerce PRC’s annual American Ball for Charity for the past nine years.

Su Cheng has built a reputation as a strong and consistent partner for her clients in China.  Through this ongoing partnership, she is able to anticipate her clients’ needs and direct their projects accordingly.   In carrying out their projects, Su Cheng emphasizes an efficient use of resources to make sure that client returns are consistently maximized and benchmarks achieved. 

Su Cheng understands China and her client’s business development needs. She is a former board member & vice-chair of the American Chamber of Commerce in China and current Co-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce PRC Women’s Professional Committee. This combined with over 16-years living and working in Beijing, Su Cheng has built up a powerful network of contacts in China & in the US.  Her insight, dedication to client relations and cross cultural sensibilities ensures that your organization will be given the full attention and resources needed to succeed in the China market.  Su Cheng will work with you and your team to carefully articulate your organization’s objectives, capacity and goals within China and together will craft a strategy for it’s entry and expansion within China.

Stella brings extensive experience in event management, client relations and public relations. She excels at implementing high-impact programs within both consumer/lifestyle and corporate industries. Stella has strong creative, organizational, cross-cultural and interpersonal skills. 

Zhang Nan is an expert in events, project management, marketing and business management.  She has led projects and events for many SCHSAsia clients.

Sophie has an expert in gender equity with a focus on development and public policy. She works closely with SCHSAsia clients focused on policy issues and business development.
